All content, tools, agent architectures, intelligence outputs, branding, and software on the ATTOH Digital platform are owned by ATTOH Intelligence or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Data you submit remains your property. By submitting data, you grant us a licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the Services.
Free tools are provided at no cost and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Paid services are subject to the pricing and payment terms agreed at the point of subscription. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Our Services provide intelligence outputs and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, savings, or results. You should always seek independent professional advice before making financial, legal, or tax decisions based on our outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATTOH Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
